Those that have fitted a CoolRunner to an Xbox Slim will be no stranger to the fact that it can take a great deal of trial and error to get the optimized boot times down to less than 5 seconds. The main issue is the CPU_RST wire which has to be up to 50cm long and then coiled underneath the motherboard. In many cases the positioning of the coil is a factor due to signal interference. Then you have to try different lengths, 40cm, Xecuter has developed a simple yet elegant solution for this problem. Using the process of serpentining, Xecuter has designed a QSB PCB for the Xbox 360 slim that fits neatly into place, giving you an optimized solution enabling you to select several different lengths without having to cut any wires and eliminates any guess work and possible signal interference issues. Simply cut the blue CPU_RST wire to 8cm and then you can select from 50cm, 47cm, 41cm, 38cn, 35cm, 32cm & 29cm.
Never solder/unsolder the trace cut again!
When using a Sputnik Probe you have to repair the trace when you have finished programming, and if you ever need to flash the drive again you would have to de-solder.
This simple PCB add-on enables you to solder the board once and then thats all you will ever need to do. The simple switch will open / close the circuit and there is an extra large pad to use when probing for when you need to unlock the SPI.
Open / Close trace cut without further soldering
Large pad for easy probing
Easy to install - takes minutes!
NOTE: This is NOT the SPUTNIK360 - Liteon DG-16D4S DVD Unlock Switch, this is an addon product for the SPUTNIK360 PROBE and will not unlock the SPI without the use of the Probe.

The 360 NandFlasher from Maximus is one of the latest products from the team which allows you to read and write to the NAND firmware chip of the 360, this can be useful in many ways, the first is for people that have consoles that either the drive has totally died and the key for the drive is lost, or that bought damaged consoles that had no drive at all, with the Maximus 360 NandFlasher you will now be able to use the device to read the DVD key right out of the motherboards NAND firmware chip, once you have this key you can then embed it into a new drives firmware and recover the console, we know this is going to be a hugely popular service related tool as there are many people that have consoles like this laying around that they can now recover and sell as refurbished units, where before they were just junk laying in workshops.
If you are a repair centre looking for a cheap yet valuable USB 360 Nand flashing tool to recover dead consoles, or a home user wanting to expand their experience with the 360, the 360 Nand Flasher from Maximus is going to do what you need and be a solid and reliable device. Do note that in its current form to use the 360 NandFlasher soldering is involved, so before you order keep that in mind and make sure you have the right tools and knowledge on how to solder.
