Return Policies

The following applies to all products being returned to GO CYBER SHOP.  Unless otherwise noted.

Return Policies, Exchanges And Refunds.

GO CYBER SHOP understands that in various cases after purchasing an item, not all customers may be completely happy with their goods. The customer may return an item within 15 days of receipt of purchase. The item must include the receipt (from our website) and include the order id number and must be the original undamaged packaging. ( Not UPS packaging but packaging that is on product) If an item is returned damaged, missing components or has damaged packaging, GO CYBER SHOP! reserves the right to refuse return. If GO CYBER SHOP  makes an error and ships the wrong product, GO CYBER SHOP  will replace it with the correct item if the product is in its original packaging. Which means that the product must be unopened. If the product is opened or used GO CYBER SHOP  may buy back the product if it is in new condition. If the correct item is temporarily out of stock, GO CYBER SHOP  will fill the order when the item returns to stock. If GO CYBER SHOP  cannot fill the order at any time, a store credit or refund will be authorized at the Customers request. The Customer is responsible for shipping costs of all returns. Software returns are unaccepted. Defective software may be returned for exchange only (no refunds on software). The products must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed. After the return period, products will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty as applicable. All returns and or Consoles must be sent via Canada Post or United States Postal Service or any other courier that issues a tracking or registered control number (DO NOT ship via United Parcel Service (UPS courier) as we do not accept return parcels from this shipping company in any circumstance (even though we use UPS to ship out our packages). Reason being is that UPS has additional fees of up to $60.00 for brokerage. Before returns are shipped back to GO CYBER SHOP  they must include a copy of your original Internet receipt and or the order id number.

IMPORTANT! Returning defective items or Consoles for exchange or any other reason must have "Canadian Goods Being Returned For Repair or "Returning to Canadian supplier for repair" or "Returning to Canadian supplier for exchange" or "Returning to Canadian supplier for refund" (depending on circumstance) on the outside of the packaging or box and on the CUSTOMS DECLARATION FORM. GOCYBERSHOP  may be attempted to be charged duties and taxes which will result in package being refused. Also you must write "Canadian Invoice Inside" and keep a copy of your original receipt inside. Failure to write the above and fill out necessary forms may result in package being refused at purchasers expense. We must verify that the item is defective. The Customer (you) even if an item is defective must pay the shipping cost to return an item or defective item.  If product is shipped back and found to be non-defective, items will only be shipped back at "purchasers expense". If purchaser wishes to forfeit title of the item, and be refunded, a credit will be applied less 25% restocking fee, less shipping. We do not refund shipping charges in any circumstance. If you receive the item damaged please contact UPS to initiate a claim. (1-800-742-5877) Do not send the damaged item back to Gocybershop. Items must be in original undamaged packaging and include all original contents. Items sent back missing contents or in damaged packaging will be refused. All defective merchandise will be reshipped via Airmail or Ground. This may take up and beyond 5-7 business days to receive. If you do not agree to our return policy, please do not order.

Please send Return Merchandise to the address below with instructions, complete customer information and a copy of your receipt that was automatically e-mailed to you and is also found in the 'Orders History' section. Return Merchandise without the required information and wont be accepted. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers are not necessary at this time. Returns will be processed within 1 week of receipt.
