The 360 LiteKey by Maximus is an advanced version of the Lite-On rebuild board, this little device serves as not only a rebuild PCB for the Lite-On 83850 V2 & 93450 V3, but it also acts as a Vampire spear as well, so all you need to do with the 360 LiteKey is install it and use the Xtractor Pro, or the 360 power unit from the USB Xtractor to then do a full firmware dump of your drive.
But that’s not the only function of this neat little invention, as some of you may know, when using the LT firmware on the Lite-On 83850 V2 & 93450 V3 drives, before you accept any updates for the 360 console you should really flash the firmware on your drive back to its original state before doing the update, this is where the Maximus 360 LiteKey really shines, because after installation there is no need to open the drive again to be able to do this, the 360 LiteKey can auto switch between operational mode or firmware extraction mode, where if you were using something like the standard Lite-On rebuild board, to flash the drive back to its original state you would need to open the drive and use the Vampire to make the full dump needed to finalize the process, with Maximus 360 LiteKey that’s a thing of the past, after the first install there is no need to ever open the drive again.
UPDATE: TEAM E3 HAS REPLACED THE ORIGINAL ESATA DOCKING STATION WITH A NEW ESATA HDD ADAPTER WITH SMALLER FORM FACTOR. AS OF 5.20.14 YOU RECEIVE THESE IN SMALLER PACKAGING FROM THE E3 TEAM!
ALL E3 Flashers Kits are sold with European power supply adapters. Power conversion adapters for US/Canada power sold separately.
If you are outside North America, shipping may be slightly more than as shown on our website due to the weight of the E3 Flasher being 3lbs. You will be contacted to pay for additional shipping.
You will also need a downgrade dongle such as the E3 Card Reader AVR to perform the downgrade.
Warning. This product is not 'hard' to install, but is very easy for you to stuff up your console. There is no warranty on the clip device. You have 1 shot to get it onto the console. If you apply the clip wrong you will get a bad read, and the pins on the clip will be damaged.
Please note that you have to make sure the clip is perfectly flush with the motherboard before you press it down. The majority of the issues lie with improper installation of the clip. If the clip is uneven before you press it down, it will slightly bend the pins on the bottom of the clip.
This Ultimate PS3 Downgrade Device - will allow you to downgrade a NOR PS3 from any new firmare to 3.55!
This device is only for consoles with NOR flash, not NAND at the moment. (Doesn't work on Slim 3000 or superslim consoles)
Here is a great installation video:
These are the pre-packaged contents for the E3 Flasher complete kit. If you see resellers/distributors selling for less, it's because they are not selling the package with everything seen below.
NOTE: NEW E3 ESATA DOCKING STATION REPLACED BY SMALLER E3 ESATA USB HDD ADAPTER!
This device will require you to simply open up your SLIM PS3 to take the HD out and solder. For the FAT PS3 you WILL require soldering! As well, the plug that they include with the sata dock is not North American.
Please double check to make sure it works with your PS3 as we will not issue refunds if it is not compatible with your PS3 after it has been installed.

Team Maximus releases the Stinger 3.0L to RGH your XBox360 PHAT and SLIM (Trinity)
Fast RGH 2 glitcher chip.
New Model 3.0L (with crystal for Corona compatibility) PAD by PAD compatible with last Stinger 2.0, it uses same .jed or .xsvf files, the improvement are:
To use the 68nf capacitor for stubborn PHAT consoles just bridge the J68NF jumper and add a Ground wire on the AVG pad to the AV port.
The SLIM program works on all TRINITY boards.
The PHAT program works on all HDMI models (Falcon, Zephyr, Jasper), and once programmed the model is chosen by setting the onboard solder jumpers.
Chips can be reprogrammed using NANDFLASHER (updated to nandpro 3.0) or any JTAG cable.
Hardware is the same for PHAT and SLIM. It is only the on-board program which can of course be changed later by the end user if needed.
